Eagle Pictures has acquired control of Blu Yazmine, the independent production company founded in 2020 by Ilaria Dallatana and Francesca Canetta that has made numerous important productions. It is no coincidence that in some three years, Blu Yazmine has positioned itself among Italy’s leading TV production companies, with no less than 16 new titles: “The acquisition of Blu Yazmine marks a further expansion of Eagle Pictures' business in the unscripted segment in a constantly evolving audiovisual market” - says Tarak Ben Ammar, Chairman and main shareholder of Eagle Pictures - “Our company confirms itself as a unique actor in the panorama of independent companies, a ‘major’ that produces and distributes by dialoguing with all the audiovisual actors in the Mediterranean, in Europe and in the World.
